Calls are designed to help Telecommunicators excel in their position. The program includes two 45-minute calls per month. This group coaching call is designed to accelerate peer problem solving techniques and explore coping mechanisms for the Telecommunicator to examine and enrich their professional lives. Calls are facilitated by Kelly R. Rasmussen. Telecommunicators may bring day to day issues to the call as well as big events, tough calls, etc.
Middle Management Leaders
2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at 7pm Eastern Time (4pm Pacific)
Calls are designed for Public Safety Leaders in Middle Management. the program includes 2 45-minute calls per month. The fine print:
Monthly subscriptions must be paid via credit card. Annual subscriptions may be invoiced to your agency. All payments are to be made to Kelly R. Rasmussen Productions, Inc.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at anytime to eliminate future billing. Payments already processed are non-refundable.
Calls may be rescheduled, feature a guest speaker, or be pre-recorded occasionally when Ms. Rasmussen is unavailable. Calls scheduled on a holiday will be eliminated.
