MISSION STATEMENT

Our philosophy is to provide quality communications training to the 9-1-1 industry, public safety and beyond. We extend high quality curriculum combined with extremely qualified instructors. Our focus is committed to advancing your training, answering your questions, and bestowing a sense of pride within your industry. Our motivation is YOU!

Negativity can and does kill. It can kill motivation, dreams, ideas, and even teams. Take for example the quote from former Lions’ Coach Rod Marinelli who said, "It's that everybody seems to look at everything very negative. I think it just can wear people out.” He is correct!

Negativity can cause dire stress and fatigue. It contributes to exhaustion. It erodes self-esteem and self-confidence. People in public service jobs like police/fire/EMS and air traffic as well as transportation safety airport security can attest to how negativity wears you out and down.

Let us help bring you back up. We can show you where the wear and tear is coming from and how to rebuild yourself and others into a more positive, productive and professional team. I still believe in the Lions, because I believe that EVERYONE deserves a second chance and more importantly a chance to CHANGE!
